Best thing I ever did was to attend a two day training seminar on QuickBooks, I learned an immense amount in a short time with hands on training by experts. I strongly recommend such training for anyone using any part of the software. I gave QuickBooks Desktop Pro an overall usability rating of an 8 because it makes client invoicing and vendor bill tracking and payments quicker and easier. However, I do not like that credits applied to invoices do not appear on the invoices when printed for clients. I also gave it an 8 vs. a 10 because it is difficult to correct entry errors, particularly to your recording of deposits and to your register.
